01How it is made
Drawer boxes make the opening slow on purpose. The sleeve carries the branding; the tray carries the product, tissue and a printed card.
We size the sleeve to the tray with a fraction of a millimetre of play, enough to slide cleanly without rattling. Pulls can be grosgrain ribbon, leather tab or a die-cut half moon.
